A growth focused global pharmaceutical company coming off of multiple strategic acquisitions was focused on harmonizing the quality of its marketing talent across franchise areas. This was a longer term initiative across business units where Ingeniquest was challenged with attracting exceptionally high caliber marketers in a highly deprived talent niche.
Through a commitment to market mastery, endless study of evolving brand marketing talent, and precision targeting Ingeniquest was able to execute 10 critical and strategic hires in roughly 24 months (4 Directors, 1 Associate Director, 1 Sr Product Manager, and 4 Product Managers). Our precision in execution and consistency in particular stood out with a 2:1 candidate presentation to hire ratio across all 10 positions. Early hires made through this 24 month initiative have already gone on to be promoted 1-2 times and earmarked internally as “key talent.”
